Receiving regularly same email after your system upgrade

we are receiving the below email call (once in a day). Looks something wrong.

Thanks, we’re working with our previous vendor to disable all outgoing emails.

@Sumit According to our vendor, the emails should now be disabled. Please let me know if you continue to have issues receiving them.
